Your location is only shared with a Service Provider after they accept your specific request, ensuring maximum privacy during idle time.
Encryption Standards
Auto Convenience utilizes industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our cloud infrastructure. Our backend is secured using Firestore Security Rules, ensuring that only you (and platform admins) can access your vehicle and fleet data.
Location Privacy
Real-time tracking is a core feature of our service delivery. We collect background location data only when you have an active service request or when you are logged in as a Provider 'Online'. This data is automatically purged from active tracking logs once a job is marked 'Completed'.
